I’ve been good and did 7 weight sesh and 1 yoga sesh in 10 days. Definitely feeling the soreness but happy to be learning new moves. It’s also driven me to learn more about my body, muscles, mobility and all those geeky gym jazz. But it’s given me new motivation to learn how to sculpt and work on my body instead of just following instructions blind in a class. Finding out my weak spots (esp mobility and upper body strength) has given me so much more clarity and drive. 🙌🏻

What it is: It’s basically attending 11 sessions and completing 21 habit-changing challenges to get my full💰 back!
